Winning at the Preferred class last week, race-favourite Physicallyinclined cleared control past the quarter and cruised to a 1:51.3 victory to repeat in the $34,000 Preferred Pace at Woodbine Mohawk Park on Saturday, April 20.

Driver Jonathan Drury floated the seven-year-old Mach Three stallion towards the top as Traceur Hanover cleared Maroma Beach past a :27 opening quarter. Physicallyinclined soon brushed to the front into the backstretch and raced unchallenged through a :55.1 half and 1:23.3 third quarter. Maroma Beach mounted a bid through the stretch but came three-quarter lengths shy of victory at the wire. Traceur Hanover settled for third.

Owned by Robert Watson, Armando Cappuccitti, Mike Bartram and Auciello Stables, Physicallyinclined won his second race from 14 starts this season and his 19th from 85 overall, earning $584,000. Carmen Auciello trains the $4.40 winner.
