The Central Ontario Standardbred Association is urging employees, horsepeople and community partners to join it and make their presence felt in an upcoming Toronto rally regarding the Toronto casino issue.
COSA issued a release on Thursday, April 11 which stated that buses will be leaving from both Woodbine Racetrack and Mohawk Racetrack on Monday, April 15 in order to have employees, horsepeople and community partners stage a rally at Toronto City Hall to represent their interests.

Horsepeople’s Attendance Needed At Toronto City Council Meeting
The City of Toronto is holding council meetings on April 15 and 16 to discuss hosting a Toronto casino.
Employees, horsepeople and community partners are staging a rally at City Hall to represent their interests on this important issue.
Central Ontario Standardbred Association (COSA) will be providing free transportation from Mohawk on Monday, April 15, departing the parking lot at 10:00 a.m. The bus will be leaving Toronto at 1:30 p.m. to return to Mohawk.
There will also be two buses departing the Woodbine grandstand at the employee entrance at 10:30 a.m. and two buses leaving the Woodbine backstretch at the east stable gate at 10:30 a.m.
UPDATE: A complimentary boxed lunch will be provided to people on the bus.
