Americanprimetime cut the fractions in :27.2, :56.3 and 1:24.1 before stopping the clock in 1:52 for the wire-to-wire win. The win time was the fastest of the meet thus far at Saratoga.

Betterlatethnnever (who was driven by Jay Randall) sat the pocket to the winner before finishing second. Topville Olympian (Phil Fluet) came on to earn the show spot for the second consecutive week in the local feature. The exacta and triple in the Open paid $27.80 and $146.50, respectively.

The Rock&Roll Stable of Chicago, IL owns Americanprimetime.

Live racing at Saratoga will continue on Sunday afternoon at noon.
