Higher And Higher made her second start of the year a successful one when she captured the $26,000 Mares Open pace on Tuesday at Dover Downs. It also gave trainer/driver Daryl Bier a complete sweep of the weekly features
.
The previous day Wambam Sam won the $35,000 Preferred feature coming from off the pace. Again driver Daryl Bier used similar tactics driving Higher And Higher.
