It has been reported that an undisclosed settlement has been reached between Penn National Race Course and thoroughbred owner Michael Gill and trainer Anthony Adamo.
As a report by pennlive.com explains, the issue was in regard to the Pennsylvania thoroughbred track barring horses owned by Gill or trained by Adamo from competing at the track.
The article also explains that Gill and Adamo are still following through on an appeal in the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals to overturn a ruling that had dismissed a lawsuit they had launched against the state racing commission regarding their ban from Penn National Race Course.
