Capt Jack Hanover won the feature race of the night at Bally’s Dover on Thursday (March 2).

Heinikin Bythebay left from post seven, settled, then rushed to the top, passing the quarter in :27. Heinikin Bythebay continued on the lead to the half in :54.2.
Atlas Hanover made a first-over bid from sixth but that rally stalled as did a three-wide brush by All Hands On Deck down the backstretch. Heinikin Bythebay continued on the lead and reached the three-quarters in 1:22.2.

Capt Jack Hanover is owned by Ronald Davis of Selbyville, Del. Brooks Gray trains the $6.80 winner. Tony Morgan sat in the sulky.
