According to a report, legislation which would allow punters in the state of New Jersey to wager on sporting events at horse racing tracks and Atlantic City casinos will
be examined by an assembly this week.
An article on Nj.com indicates that the state would have to amend its constitution to allow the wagering.
The report states that wagering on New Jersey college events would not be allowed under the legislation.
