It's all competition on the track, but away from the World Driving Championship there is an abundance of camaraderie.

In this video shot after the WDC leg at Wagga, Jody Jamieson interviews Dexter Dunn after the night that could easily be referred to as the 'TSN Turning Point' of the tournament in which Dunn won three races.

Since this card, Jamieson has recorded two additional video updates; first, an update after his two-win night at Penrith.

On Friday, delegates from the World Trotting Conference and World Driving Championship attended the Inter Dominion Ball, hosted at the Four Season's Hotel in Sydney. Over 300 guests, including the Who's Who of harness racing in Australasia, enjoyed a cocktail reception, three course gourmet dinner, entertainment and a dance.

Guests walked down the red carpet to enter the opera-themed event which included performances by the world renowned soprano soloist Ariya Sawadivong and tenor soloist Rosario La Spina.

Mr. Ray Sharman, chairman of the NSWHRC welcomed the guests, recognized the international driving reps and Inter Dominion competitors.

The final leg and heat of the WDC goes postward Sunday afternoon at Menangle as part of an action packed stakes program featuring the $750,000 Inter Dominion Grand Final. The WDC heat is carded as the first race on the ten race program and goes behind the gate at 12:30 p.m.

New Zealand's Dexter Dunn has an insurmountable lead so the race will be on for the runner up spot in the WDC.
