Tony Morgan became the fourth driver in harness history to win 14,000 races driving Timmylynn to her third straight win in the $13,500 3,4&5-Year-Old Mares Pace at Dover Downs on Tuesday, February 21

.

Morgan made good use of starting from Post 1 in the Tuesday night finale driving Timmylynn ($7.60), the only three-year-old in the nine-horse field, to the early lead and then held off a fast-closing Your Space and Corey Callahan for the milestone win by a nose in 1:54. The Ponder-Armbro Winter filly is trained and co-owned by Bobby Reeser, Rich Crammer and Black Dog Racing.

Only Herve Filion, Dave Palone and Cat Manzi have more career wins than Morgan. The reinsman, who enjoyed a career high 1,004 wins in the sulky in 2006 and followed that up with two consecutive $10 million seasons, has banked over $108.1 million in purse earnings lifetime.

In the $23,000 Mares Open Pace feature, Im Won Wine Wiser ($18.40) continued her step up the ladder of success for trainer-driver George Dennis. After four consecutive wins in January, Im Won Wine Wiser stepped up to the top female pacing class with a third, then a second last week, and this time a 1:52 triumph notching her career fastest clocking. Race favourite No Bad Luck (Montrell Teague) finished second with Delightful Diva (David Miller) the show horse. For owner-breeder Dennis and wife Tina, the win was the second this week for the progeny of their mare La Gloria Cubana. Full brother Im Won Bud Wiser won on Sunday.

In the $16,500 Mares Winner Over Pace, Matt Kakaley drove the Bob Winkelman-owned and trained Paradise Lost ($17.40) to a 1:51.4 lifetime fastest victory. The Artsplace-Loving Ideal five-year-old dashed past front-pacing Docdor Libby (Ron Pierce) for her second win of the year. Briteolive (Eddie Dennis) came on for third.
