As the end of the year approaches, we pay tribute to some of the people and horses that passed away in 2020
Woodbine’s broadcast department has produced the following video to honour the memory of those lost over the past year by the harness racing community.

On a personal note, It means a great deal to me to see my father as part of this tribute to those of our Harness Racing Family.

This was a beautiful tribute. My condolences to family and friends of those who passed. I remember calling Abbey Road C's victory in the inaugural Dream of Glory Trot at Hanover, and I remember the victory of Button Up in the Battle of Waterloo and the congratulatory
sign outside my neighbour's farm. (The Horner Bros in Saint Marys)
So many great people and wonderful horses make this industry so special. This was a terrific tribute. Thank-you.
