Having recently surpassed the 500-win mark this season en route to capturing his first ever Canadian driving title, Trevor Henry is garnering attention both on and off the track.

"When you're doing good, everybody wants you. When you're doing bad, nobody wants you," stated the humble Arthur, Ont. horseman, who was featured Sunday on CTV News London for his 2012 harness racing accomplishments.

Henry currently boasts 516 victories during a career-year to lead the nation with his nearest rival in the standings, Billy Davis Jr., trailing by 65 wins.

Along the way he's picked up driving titles at Clinton Raceway, Grand River Raceway, Hanover Raceway and Western Fair Raceway.

"It's something I'll always look back on and remember," said Henry of his chart-topping season.

"He's just elevated his game to another level this year," commented Greg Blanchard, Assistant Raceway Manager and Announcer at The Raceway at Western Fair District. "It's pretty amazing. He's been around a long time and he's been a top driver here for several years, but this year he's taken it to a new plateau."
