Opponents of the legalization of pari-mutuel barrel racing in the state currently have lawsuits in regard to the situation going through the court system.
According to a report by WCTV, residents of Gadsden County will be voting via referendum in January, 2012 on the ability for the Gretna centre to host slot machine gaming.
