Standardbred Canada's Bet Canadian best bet and longshot picks for Saturday, December 17 are now available

For the final two weeks of 2011, Standardbred Canada is encouraging the industry, its fans and horseplayers, when given the choice, to "Bet Canadian."
According to SC data, through Friday, December 15, the total amount wagered on Canadian harness racing year-to-date is at $419.4 million, off 0.34 percent (or just over $1.4 million) from the 2010 year-to-date total of $420.8 million. From now until the end of the month, SC will offer daily picks and free past performance programs for all Canadian tracks. Our goal is to help stimulate wagering and bolster the handle on the Canadian product.
