It has been reported that the board of Minnesota's Anoka County today (Tuesday, November 22) voted in favour of endorsing a bill which would see Running Aces Harness Park turned into a full-blown racino
.
The news comes in a brief article by the Star Tribune.
The board's endorsement of the plan is a switch from its previous position. The board had voted against endorsing the racino bill roughly two weeks ago.
