Judge Grants Dutrow Stay

According to a report, controversial thoroughbred trainer Rick Dutrow has received a stay from the lengthy suspension he was recently slapped with

The Daily Racing Form has reported that Dutrow's attorney, Michael Koenig, submitted a challenge to the 10-year ban on Wednesday, November 16, after which New York Supreme Court Judge Richard Giardino granted the stay.

The article quoted Koenig as saying, “We’re looking forward to challenging the board’s decision and presenting our case.”
