The Thoroughbred Daily News has reported that Dutrow has been granted a 30-day stay from the judgement which was handed to him by the New York State Racing and Wagering Board on October 12. The NYSRWB had slapped Dutrow, who has a long history of training violations, with a 10-year ban from racing in the state. The board also handed him a $50,000 fine.
