Day Exits 'Racino Now'

Former Minnesota Senator Dick Day, the front man for pro-racetrack gaming expansion organization 'Racino Now,' stepped away from the organization earlier this month to pursue another venture.

According to a report by the Minnesota Public Record, Day related that he is forming a new lobbying group which goes by the handle 'Day and Associates.'

"While I enjoyed working with Racino Now and accomplished the goal of raising public awareness for the issue, I feel that it's time to take on new issues and new challenges in St. Paul," Day said via release. "I wish Racino Now well in passing their issue next session."
