Driver Doug McNair kicked off Western Fair Raceway's 12-race program with a natural hat trick, but didn't stop there.
McNair started the evening with consecutive victories aboard the Ken Oliver-trained Milliondollardad ($7.90), Camstar ($5.70) for conditioner Mike Bishop, and Highland Dancer ($3.30) for O'Brien Award nominee Richard Moreau. He later scored with Twin B Turbo ($4.70) in the eighth race to give Moreau a perfect two-for-two record on the card, and then again with Northern Dignity ($10.70) in the 11th for trainer Dan Lagace.
Fresh off a career-best $5.8 million season, McNair now boasts 1,575 wins and earnings of more than $18.7 million lifetime.
