Sent postward as the even-money favourite, 13-year-old pacer Tattlers Top Gun delivered on his pari-mutuel promise with an eight and a half length romp to notch his 50th career win at Windsor Raceway on Wednesday evening

The veteran pacer tackled a field of $6,000 claimers in the 10th race and led every step of the way en route to the 1:56.2 milestone win with Brad Kramer aboard for the ride. The popular Tattlers Torpedo-Todds Countess gelding has been trained by Ray Farmer for Ohio owner Mike Kastel since 2008.
Coming in second was 77-1 longshot Artiovascular (Mark Pezzarello), a 12-year-old who is just two wins away from reaching his own 50th milestone. Seven-year-old Knock It Off A (Trace Tetrick) rounded out the top three.
The winner returned $4.10 to his backers.
Tattlers Top Gun now sports a career record reading 50-40-32 in 238 starts and a bankroll totalling $346,098.
