Taneyhill Dominates At Windsor

Horses owned and trained by Daniel Taneyhill took one-third of the evening’s races on Saturday at Windsor Raceway

.

The resident of Swartz Creek, Michigan teamed up with driver Marc St. Louis, Jr. for three wins on the nine-race program.

The veteran trotter Grand Class prevailed in Race 3 for the duo in 2:03.4 by three and a half lengths. In Race 6, the four-year-old pacing mare Belladonna Cam took a new mark of 2:00.1 in her debut for Taneyhill while Raider Time, a six-year-old pacing mare, scored in her assignment in 2:02.1 by almost two lengths giving Taneyhill back to back wins.

Taneyhill has recorded 107 wins and over $500,000 in earnings in his career spanning four years.

I'm sad to report Dan had a massive Heart attack last night after returning home.
I'm crying for him and his family... Great family man and he loved racing!

Very sad to say after arriving home from Windsor that evening Mr.Taneyhill passed away. Thoughts and prayers go out to the Taneyhill family.

Well done... Gosh its freezing up there!!! All I can say is you all are very tough to race in that weather!!
