After reeling off five consecutive victories at Rideau Carleton Raceway, Renoir C C took his show on the road to Woodbine Racetrack on Sunday afternoon
and it was more of the same for the gelding.
Renoir C C marched right to the lead for driver Sylvain Filion, who guided the son of Art Major-Hawaiian Die through panels of :27, :56.1 and 1:25 before using a :29.1 final frame to secure the win in a career-best clocking of 1:54.1.
Owned and trained by Ronald Miller of Massena, NY, Renoir C C was unraced at ages two and three. He now owns five wins in six starts as a four-year-old and has banked $24,250 in his career.
