Wagering on North American harness racing has always been based upon the pari-mutuel system. But can this form of betting compete with the technology boom that today’s young people have grown up with? We’re living in a society of instant gratification, and if we want to start bringing new fans into our sport, maybe it’s time that we, ‘got a program and got into the game’.
