Sometimes, due in-part to geographical bias, sports fans seem to think that the biggest and best events are automatically the ones that they grew up the closest to. How could a North American sports fan think that Premier League soccer could somehow rival the NFL for example? For lifelong racing fan and participant, Justin Fisher, when it comes to the famed Prix d’Amerique, the opposite was true. Long had it been his favourite race - he just wasn’t quite certain why.
