Not only is North America Cup third-place finisher Fulton, a homebred, but his breeders - Eric Cherry & Dana Parham - own both the dam and part of the sire. Parham, a man who once bet as much as $300 million/year on North American horse racing, no longer owns the company he did that through, but he still owns upwards of 325 horses and he still has something to say about how racing runs its show.
