Standardbred caretakers work long, tiring hours, and some weeks, if you were to translate their pay into an hourly wage, the resulting number might not be an appealing one. It’s a labour of love, done in most cases for the love of the animal. At TROT we truly appreciate our caretakers, and like to give them some publicity when able.
