After an unhappy childhood in France, Marie Ortolan Bar found happiness with horses, and after meeting JP Dubois she learned a lot about them.
But after fighting through one debilitating illness after another for over a decade, Marie hadn’t trained a horse since 2014. Then came along “a gift from God” in a Trixton colt named Cuatro De Julio. He gave Marie the will to live again - the colt saved Marie’s life. By Debbie Little.
