Straight From the Drivers' Mouths

No sport is perfect, they all have positives and negatives, and ours is no different. But in this social media-driven world we live in today, oftentimes it’s our drivers that take the biggest heap of criticism along the way.

At TROT we decided to bring some common customer complaints to five of Canada’s leading reinsmen, as well as a few possible suggestions for change, and we gave these men a forum to say their piece. After all, if we can’t even try to answer the concerns of our public, how do we expect to move forward successfully? By Dan Fisher.
