If previous nomination and sustain payments were missed, you may pay a late supplemental fee of $5,000 which will include the
starting fee of $500 due at time of entry. (Horses must be entered by 9 am on entry day; payment due by 3 pm on entry day.)
Added funds from a Supplement will be added to the final, less $500 start fee.

Cheques shall be payable & mailed to Standardbred Canada.
All envelopes must be clearly post-marked by the stake payment due date to be accepted, despite inadequacies of the postal system. Registered mail is recommended.

General Conditions:
1.The BC Rules of Standardbred Racing shall govern.
2. The purse distribution for each event will be 50%, 25%, 12%, 8%, and 5%. In the event of less than five starters in any event, extra purse monies will be added to the winner’s share.
3. All horses must be entered to race. A horse must race in the Elimination or in the event of cancellation of the elimination must have been in the entry box at the time of cancellation to be eligible to the Final. 4. Following the eliminations, the top nine (9) finishers shall race when properly declared to start at time of entry for the Final allowing for the also eligible with any ties drawn by lot.
5. If divisions are required, entries will split by Owner, then Trainer where possible.
6. The also eligible cannot be moved in to race after advance betting has commenced.
7. If an elimination to a stake race has less than 5 finishers due to interference or accident, the non offending parties will receive the purse money. Any remaining purse money will return to the purse pool. If a Final to the stake race has less than 5 finishers, any unclaimed funds will go to the winner instead of returning to the purse pool. The Elimination will be cancelled if there are nine or less horses declared to start and will go directly to final. The final may be cancelled if less than five are declared to start.
8. HRBC reserves the right to reject any entry and declare the event off due to insufficient entries, less than five (5) betting interests.
9. With the approval of the Judges, HRBC may make changes to the terms, conditions, and the purse structure of the Raymond Gemmill Memorial (formerly Keith Linton Memorial) and Penny Bath Memorial Stakes; including the nomination, sustaining, and starting fee payments and the nominator hereby agrees to be bound by such changes. 10. All questions regarding eligibility will be determined by the Judges.
11. All purses are subject to industry funding, slot performance and simulcast revenue.
