Officials with the Standardbred Owners of Massachusetts have highlighted the fact that there is a carryover for one of Plainridge Park’s exotic wagers heading into the track’s Thursday (Sept. 6) program of live racing.
As a result of there being no winning ticket for Plainridge’s Wicked Hi-5 Pentafecta wager on Tuesday (Sept. 4), there is a $9,548 carryover pool for the wager on Thursday (Sept. 6). The wager has been slotted for Race 10.
The Wicked Hi-5 is a 20-cent base wager that requires punters to select the first five finishers of the race in the correct order. The 10th race at Plainridge Park is scheduled to head postward at 5 p.m. on Thursday. Post time for the first race will be at 2 p.m.
