Great Canadian Gaming Corporation (GCGC) announced that for personal and family reasons, Brian E. Egli has resigned from the company’s Board, effective September 29
, 2011.
Egli had been a Director of the company since June 23, 2010 and had served as an Officer of the company and its subsidiaries from September 2000 to May 2010.
