Northfield Park has announced the addition of a $10,000 Pick-5 total pool guarantee on Saturday (September 28).
Beginning in second race, the $10,000 Pick-5 guaranteed total pool includes a carryover of $2,505.
This guaranteed total pool is being offered as part of the Strategic Wagering Program through the United States Trotting Association.
The evening's ninth race begins the 20-cent Northfield Single Six (a unique combination Pick 6) with a $17,289 carryover.
Northfield’s Pick-5, Pick-4s, Pick-3s, 20-cent Northfield Single Six and 20-cent Super High Five offer a reduced takeout rate of just 14 per cent.
Saturday’s post time is 6 p.m.
