After the evening's second race, Harrah's Hoosier Park cancelled the remaining 11 races carded for Friday, Sept. 27 due to technical difficulties caused by the weather.
Live harness racing is scheduled to resume on Saturday, Sept. 28 with first race post time at 7 p.m.
