Standardbred trainer James 'Jim' Little of Windsor, Ont. passed away suddenly on Sept. 14, 2023 by his wife and daughters' side.
Beloved husband of Karen (nee Boyer) loving and dedicated father to the late Jimi (James) Carli (Jeremy) and Kayla (Adam). Son of James Little and Dolores (nee Aussant), son-in-law of late Lloyd Boyer and Phyllis Boyer. Adored brother of Sherry (Clark), Karen and Jake (Cindy).
James was a talented Millwright for local 1244 and for Ford Motor Company. He was an avid harness horseman and member of Standardbred Canada and the Ontario Harness Horse Association. He loved the Toronto Maple Leafs, fishing, dancing, singing, movies and tv shows, but most of all, he loved his family and friends so dearly. No words can ever begin to describe how much he was loved by everyone he came into contact with. James was always such a shooting star, just like his late son, Jimi.
