Following a week’s hiatus, live racing at The Meadows Racetrack & Casino resumes Saturday, (September 23), with a card highlighted by an $86,900 Keystone Classic for three-year-old colt and gelding pacers.
Throughout the fall-winter season, The Meadows will offer live racing at 1:05 p.m. each Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday, with the exception of Christmas Day, when the track will be dark. Each program will offer a $5,000 total-pool Pick 4 guarantee.
The early part of the fall-winter schedule is rich with stake races, including:
• Tuesday, September 26 — $88,000 (est.) Keystone Classic, three-year-old colt and gelding trotters
• Wednesday, September 27 —$75,000 (est.) Keystone Classic, three-year-old filly trotters
• Saturday, September 30 — $72,000 (est.) Keystone Classic, three-year-old filly pacers
• Saturday, October 7 — $200,000 Pennsylvania Fairs championships
