Harness Horse Breeders of New York State has issued an important notice to horsemen and women with horses eligible for the New York Night Of Champions.
If you have a horse eligible for the New York Night Of Champions and you need to re-qualify to enter the draw, please call the Harness Horse Breeders of New York State office by 11 a.m. on Monday at 518-785-5858.
