Northfield Park has announced the addition of a $5,000 Pick-5 total pool guarantee on Saturday (September 21).
Beginning in race two, the $5,000 Pick-5 guaranteed total pool includes a carryover of $1,074.
This wager is being offered as part of the Strategic Wagering Program through the United States Trotting Association.
The evening's ninth race starts the 20-cent Northfield Single Six offering an $8,757 carryover.
Northfield’s Pick 5, Pick 4s, Pick 3s, 20-cent Super High Five and 20-cent Northfield Single Six offer a reduced takeout rate of 14 per cent.
Saturday’s post time is 6 p.m.
