Due to heavy rain causing unsafe track conditions, Red Shores Summerside and the Prince County Horsemen’s Club will postpone the live harness racing program scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 19.
The Tuesday card has been moved to Wednesday, Sept. 20. Post time is 6 p.m.
