Officials with Batavia Downs have released information regarding one of the track’s wagering pools on Wednesday (Sept. 18).
On Wednesday, Batavia’s Pick-5 pool will be guaranteed at $2,500.
The Pick-5 wager begins in Race 1 and runs through Race 5. It is a 50-cent base wager and if all five winners aren’t selected, the carryover amount moves to the Friday program.
Wednesday’s guaranteed pool is part of the United States Trotting Association’s (USTA) Strategic Wagering Program and as such, free program pages are available on the USTA’s website.
