Woodbine Mohawk Park has added some increased purse events to the condition sheet for the Mohawk Million card next Saturday, Sept. 20.
The upcoming Saturday card features five Grade 1 stakes events – the Mohawk Million, Metro Pace, Shes A Great Lady, Canadian Trotting Classic and Elegantimage – with total purses for the evening exceeding $3 million.
The Mohawk race office has added a trio of $75,000 Free-For-All races (Pace, Fillies & Mares Pace, Trot) and a $50,000 Two-Year-Old Open Trot to the card.
The entry box for next Saturday’s card closes on Tuesday, Sept. 16 at 10:30 a.m.
Slot owners for the Mohawk Million are reminded they will need to submit the horse racing in their slot by 12 noon on Monday, Sept. 15.
