The nomination deadline for the Ford Summit Series at Georgian Downs is quickly approaching
Nominations close September 15, 2011. Events will be contested for both trotters and pacers. The nomination fee is $200.00, and all nomination fees will be added evenly to the three finals. There is no starting fee.

Leg #1 – Sunday, October 2, 201; purse $4,800
Leg #2 – Sunday, October 9, 2011; purse $5,000
Leg #3 – Sunday, October 16, 2011; purse $5200
Leg #4 – Sunday, October 23, 2001; purse $5,400
Leg #5 – Sunday, October 30, 2011; purse $5,600
In all legs horses will race for a claiming price of $6,000 with allowances.
FINALS – To be held Saturday November 5, 2011
GOLD Final - $30,000 Added
SILVER Final - $20,000 Added
BRONZE Final - $10,000 Added
Declarations close for the final on Wednesday November 2, 2011 and all eligible horses must declare in.
