A reminder to horsemen that stall applications are now available online for the upcoming 2015-2016 live racing season at the Isle Casino Pompano Park, which begins on Sunday, October 4.
Ideally located in sunny Southern Florida, spending the winter at the Isle Casino Pompano Park allows horsemen to escape the harsh realities of a long winter, while experiencing great earning potential. The total purse structure for the season is expected to be north of $8.75 million, with $5.5 million being offered during the peak season of December to March.
There will also be a slew of late-closing series available, which will be highlighted by new big money signature events for Open trotters and pacers. In total, there will be 19 late-closing series offered over the winter for all different levels. More details on the late-closing events will be provided in the coming weeks.
“We are excited for the upcoming racing season, and with new added-money events, a healthy overnight purse account, and warm temperatures, there is no better place to spend the winter,” said Director of Racing, Brett Revington. “We have also installed a brand new video screen in the infield for the enjoyment of our on-track fans.”
