MGM Northfield Park has announced the addition of a $75,000 Pick-5 total pool guarantee for Saturday (Aug. 7).
The $75,000 guaranteed total pool for the Pick-5, which begins in race six, includes a carryover of $21,611. This wager is being offered as part of the Strategic Wagering Program through the United States Trotting Association.
Saturday’s eighth race begins the 50-cent Pick-6 with a $2,124 carryover.
Northfield’s Pick-5, Pick-4s, Pick-3s, 50-cent Pick-6 and 20-cent Super High Five offer a reduced takeout rate of 14 per cent.
Saturday’s post time is 6 p.m.
