Watch and Wager LLC has announced that the Cal Expo barn area will open on Thursday, Sept. 15.
Watch and Wager will kick off its 10th season as operator of Cal Expo on Friday, Nov. 19 for a 46-day meet.
Horsemen are reminded that a completed stall and racing application is needed before arrival.
