The Standardbred Breeders & Owners Association of New Jersey (SBOANJ) has announced it will hold a meeting with horsemen on Thursday, August 30 at 11:30 a.m. in the Freehold Raceway Paddock.
SBOANJ President Tom Luchento will discuss the current Freehold matters as well as health insurance issues.
