The Blooded Horse Sale is taking supplemental entries for its 68th Annual Summer Mixed Sale to be held on Wednesday, Aug. 30 in Springfield, Ohio.
Supplemental entries are being taken now and will remain open until noon Monday, Aug. 28. Horsepeople have the opportunity to shop and decide 48 hours out to bring one along to sell. Enter the supplement or view the online catalogue at bloodedhorse.org.
The sale features 100 black type yearlings followed by over 100 racehorses and racing prospects, along with breeding stock. The yearlings include 64 Ohio-breds, 26 Indiana-breds, five Kentucky or dual Kentucky eligibles, five Ontario-breds and three Pennsylvania-breds.
In addition to a nice consignment from Burke Racing Stable, there are numerous young racehorses including Indiana State Fair Governor’s champion Coaches Corner, with 10 wins.
