The Director of the Ontario Racing Commission (ORC) is circulating an application for an amendment to the 2014 approved race date schedule at Leamington Raceway and will receive comments on the application from interested participants before making a final decision on the application.
The Lakeshore Horse Racing Association (Lakeshore) has requested approval for an extended meet at Leamington Raceway for a total of 13 race days. The approval of these race dates is conditional upon Lakeshore meeting all necessary regulatory requirements for an extended meet and the completion of any outstanding terms and conditions of Lakeshore’s racetrack license. It is also subject to consideration of any comments received from the Industry.
Lakeshore Horse Racing Association’s requested 2014 race date are as follows:
September 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 27 & 28, 2014 – Post Time 1:30 p.m.
October 4, 5, 11, 12, 19 & 26, 2014 – Post Time 1:30 p.m.
Qualifiers will be held on Sundays at 12 p.m.
