Beginning Friday, August 20, Monticello Casino and Raceway will stay open until 4 a.m.
The new hours of operation will be from 10 a.m. until 4 a.m. the following morning.
“Our players have been asking about it for quite a while and just recently the state passed legislation to permit us to be open until 4 a.m.,” said Cliff Ehrlich, Monticello Casino & Raceway’s President and General Manager.” “We’re excited by the extended hours, which will be in effect seven days-a-week.”
To help kick-off the extended hours, Monticello Casino & Raceway will have “Moonlight Moolah”.
“On Friday, September 3, Saturday, September 4 and Sunday, September 5 we will randomly select hot seat winners every 15 minutes from 11 p.m. until 3:30 a.m. for $50 in free play. And if patrons stay around, at 3:45 a.m. they will have a chance to win $3,450 in cash,” Ehrlich added.
As part of the new extended hours the Lava Lounge will remain open to closing and pizza will also be available until 3 a.m.
