Winbak Farm will be selling four yearlings in the Blooded Horse Yearling Sale on Aug. 27 in the Black Type yearling catalogue. These yearlings will be selling as part of the Spring Haven Farm consignment. The sale, which starts at 9:30 a.m., will be held at the Champions Center Expo in Springfield, Ohio.
Winbak Farm yearlings selling include a filly by Catch The Fire, a colt by Ready For Moni, a filly by Shadow Play and a filly by Trixton.
- #43, Fire Country, is a Catch The Fire half-sister to Two Faced, p, 1:53.2h -’24 ($191,005) and Face The Shadows, p, 3, 1:52.1f -’23 ($71,759). From five living foals of racing age, her dam has produced five winners. This filly’s second dam is Cheeky Hanover, p, 1:53 ($213,633). She is a half-sister to Betting Exchange, p, 1:50.3f ($863,702), Wellthereyougo, p, 1:51.3h ($721,705) and The Other Cheek, p, 1:50.3s ($411,802). She is Ohio-sired.

On Sept. 13, Winbak Farm will be selling three pacing yearlings in the Ohio Selected Jug Sale. These yearlings will be selling as part of the Spring Haven Farm consignment. The sale starts at 10 a.m. and will be held at the Pickaway Agriculture and Event Center in Circleville, Ohio.

Courtly Choice offspring have earned more than $800,000 in 2024 New York Sire Stakes. The colts, like their sire, were bred, raised and sold by Winbak Farm.
