The Alberta Standardbred Horse Association would like to advise it members that tonight’s race card at Alberta Downs has been cancelled
.
The cancellation comes due to bad weather.
The track will host a double header on Sunday, August 15 to make up for today’s cancellation.
Sunday's scheduled afternoon card will have a first-race post time of 1:35 p.m., followed by Friday's programmed card, which will be starting at 4:45 p.m.
According to an ASHA release, no changes will be made to the Saturday, August 14 card at present time.
