Officials from Tioga Downs would like to remind horsepeople of when the box will be closing for upcoming stakes.
All divisions of the Tompkins-Geers stakes for two-year-old trotters and pacers will be raced on Friday, August 9 at Tioga. The draw for that card will be on Sunday, August 4 with a box close of 9:00 a.m.
The Empire Breeders Classic pacing eliminations, Crawford Farms, Joie De Vie Open Trots are all to be raced on Sunday, August 11. The draw for those stakes will take place on Wednesday, August 7 with a box close of 9:00 a.m. Horses for the Crawford Farms and Joie De Vie are required to be checked into the Stakes Barn by 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 10.
